Scaleby is found on the other side of the veil, compared to its coarser twin sister And Right Lines Limit And Close All Bodies. The patches of unsourcable sounds seem filtered through dense layers of mud and fog, emerging as dissonant and hobbling remnants of a grey funeral past still instilling their complex feelings into a quivering present. Often muffled, at times stinging, but always deeply cathartic, Scaleby is an other beautifully crafted melancholic ode to the inevitability of decay.
